Sour Cream Waffles

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp vanilla

1/2 tsp cinnamon

2 eggs, seperated and divided

1 cup sour cream

3/4 cup milk

 

Mix together dry ingredients. Add egg yolks, vanilla, cinnamon and sour cream. Pour in milk until batter is of pancake consistency. In a seperate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff: fold into flour mixture. Cook in greased waffle iron until lightly brown.
