Soft Gingerbread Cake

This is an old Swedish recipe that was given to me in Decileters…if you do not have a DL measuring cup you can convert.

3 dl flour

3 dl sugar

2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp ground cloves

1 egg

1/2 tsp baking soda

3 tbs melted butter

2 tbs orange marmalade

1 1/2 dl milk

Preheat oven to 400 Degrees F. Mix everything at once…pour in to a greased cake pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
