Italian Farina Cake

1 cup Farina

1 quart water

6 eggs

3/4 cup sugar

1 tsp vanilla

1 pound whole milk ricotta

Boil water and add farina slowly…take off stove and let cool.  Add eggs, sugar, vanilla and ricotta (ricotta must be added last) Pour in to a buttered bundt pan. Dot top of cake with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until done.
